- We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes (via USPS), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

🚚 FREE SHIPPING
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
- Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your cart.
⏱ PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
You will receive:
- A confirmation email once your order is processed
- A tracking email once your order ships
🗓 DELIVERY TIME
- United States (standard): 7-20 business days after processing
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): May take longer than standard delivery
- International: 10-25 business days after processing
These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
📬 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. If you experience any issues tracking your order, please visit our Contact Us page and we'll help resolve it within 1-2 business days.
🚛 SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers as needed. The carrier is selected based on your location and order to ensure the most efficient delivery.
📦 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page
- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- We will work with the carrier to resolve it promptly and may send a replacement or issue a refund
- Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
✏️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders quickly after placement. If you need to make a change or cancellation:

- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified
