What if my package is lost or damaged?

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or damaged items: We provide a free prepaid return label
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
