Return & Refund Policy

At HandyNest, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it easy to resolve.

 

🔄 RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient)

 

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

 

⚠️ DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will:

  • Provide a return label or full refund at no cost to you, depending on the situation
  • Send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • Respond within 1-2 business days

 

📋 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, visit our Contact Us page and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Brief reason for the return

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

 

📬 RETURN SHIPPING

  • Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is covered by HandyNest
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $50

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective items

 

💳 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt and inspection result
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider

 

⚠️ PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

🔁 EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different product:

  • Return your original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the item you need
  • This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible

 

⏳ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've confirmed your return:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary
